Rugged 2.5G PoE++ Switching with Neutrik etherCON
The NETGEAR M4350-16M4V is a 20-port fully managed switch with sixteen 100M/1G/2.5G PoE++ ports, eight of which use Neutrik etherCON connectors, plus a modular slot for four 10G/25G ports. It is designed for live production, touring and AV-over-IP installations where locking connectors matter.
Redundant Power and a 1,130W PoE Budget
Two internal 800W power supplies with Neutrik powerCON connectors provide 530W of redundant base PoE budget, rising to 1,130W with both supplies in use. Ultra90 PoE++ (IEEE 802.3bt) ports support 60W, 75W and 90W devices and remain compatible with 802.3af PoE and 802.3at PoE+.
Flexible 25G Uplinks and Fibre Options
The modular slot takes NETGEAR APM414 interface cards: 4x 25G SFP28, 4x 10G RJ-45, or 2x Neutrik opticalCON QUAD with multimode or single-mode transceivers. NETGEAR lists the switch with the APM414V 4x 25G SFP28 card.
Built for AV over IP
NETGEAR IGMP Plus, NETGEAR AV OS and the NETGEAR Engage Controller simplify multicast setup. The switch supports AVB, and SMPTE ST 2110 Grandmaster and Boundary Clock modes for AES67 and SMPTE ST 2059-2. Static, policy-based and dynamic routing are included, and Virtual Chassis stacking provides non-stop forwarding and hitless failover.

Power
Power is provided by two fixed internal 800W supplies with Neutrik powerCON inputs; no external power modules are required. Neutrik powerCON connectors and C14 adapters are included.
Management
Web browser GUI (HTTPS) including the NETGEAR AV user interface with pre-configured AV profiles, plus CLI via Telnet and SSH, SNMP and MIBs. A USB Type-C console port on the front and a 1G out-of-band management port on the rear are provided.
NETGEAR Engage Controller
The switch can be managed with the NETGEAR Engage Controller for AV-over-IP deployments.
AV Protocols
NETGEAR IGMP Plus enhanced multicast, AVB (IEEE 802.1AS), PTPv2 Transparent Clock, and SMPTE ST 2110 Grandmaster and Boundary Clock modes with one BC/GM PTP profile active at a time (SMPTE ST 2059-2, AES67 or AES-R16-2016). NETGEAR notes that stacking, AVB and PTP Transparent Clock are mutually exclusive: a stack cannot run AVB or PTP TC.
