24 Multi-Gig 10G PoE+ Ports with 25G Uplinks
The NETGEAR M4350-24X4V is a 28-port, full-width 1U fully managed switch with twenty-four 1G/2.5G/5G/10G copper PoE+ ports (100M on ports 1-16) and four 10G/25G SFP28 ports. A 680 Gbps switching fabric and 505.92 Mpps throughput give line-rate performance for AV-over-IP, Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 access points and high-bandwidth edge deployments.
720W PoE+ Budget with Redundant Power
A fixed internal 880W power supply delivers a 576W PoE budget. Adding an APS350W, APS600Wv2, APS920W or APS2000W module to the modular power slot raises the budget to up to 720W, enough for all 24 ports at 30W, and provides power redundancy.
Built for AV over IP
NETGEAR IGMP Plus enhanced multicast, the AV-optimised web interface with pre-configured AV profiles and the NETGEAR Engage Controller simplify multicast setup. The switch supports AVB, jumbo frames up to 12KB, and static, policy-based and dynamic routing, all license-free.
Virtual Chassis Stacking
The SFP28 ports can be used for Virtual Chassis stacking with non-stop forwarding and hitless failover, so several switches are managed as one.

Power Supplies
The modular power slot accepts the following NETGEAR power supplies: APS350Wv1 (APS350W-100NES), APS600Wv2 (APS600W-200NES), APS920Wv1 (APS920W-100NES) and APS2000Wv1 (APS2000W-100NES). With the internal 880W supply and a module installed, the switch has redundant system power and a PoE budget of up to 720W.
Uplink Ports
The four SFP28 ports take 10G SFP+ or 25G SFP28 modules. Each 4-port block runs at a single speed; when a 25G module is inserted, 10G modules in the same block go down. In stacking mode, a 25G port operates at 25G only.
Management
Web browser GUI (HTTPS) including the NETGEAR AV user interface with pre-configured AV profiles, plus CLI via Telnet and SSH, SNMP and MIBs. A USB Type-C console port on the front and a 1G out-of-band management port on the rear are provided.
NETGEAR Engage Controller
The switch can be managed with the NETGEAR Engage Controller for AV-over-IP deployments.
AV Protocols
NETGEAR IGMP Plus enhanced multicast and AVB (IEEE 802.1BA, 802.1AS gPTP, 802.1Qav, 802.1Qat), up to 500 AVB streams per switch. NETGEAR notes that stacking and AVB are mutually exclusive: a stack cannot run AVB. SMPTE ST 2110 Grandmaster and Boundary Clock modes are not listed for this model.

What is the PoE budget?
576W with the internal 880W power supply, and up to 720W when an APS600Wv2, APS920W or APS2000W module is added (700W with an APS350W). 720W is enough to power all 24 ports at 30W.
Are the ports PoE+ or PoE++?
All 24 copper ports are PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at, up to 30W per port) and also support 802.3af PoE devices.
What speeds do the copper ports support?
1G, 2.5G, 5G and 10G on all 24 ports; 100M is supported on ports 1-16 only.
Does it support SMPTE ST 2110 and AES67 clocking?
No. NETGEAR lists SMPTE ST 2110 Grandmaster and Boundary Clock modes only for other M4350 models, such as the M4350-16M4V and M4350-24M4X4V. The M4350-24X4V supports AVB and NETGEAR IGMP Plus multicast.
