Neutrik opticalCON QUAD on the M4350-16M4V
The NETGEAR APM414LD is an interface card with two Neutrik opticalCON QUAD connectors for four single-mode fibre (SMF) transceivers, running at 10G or 25G. It fits the modular slot of the NETGEAR M4350-16M4V (MSM4320) fully managed AV switch, which provides one slot for four ports at 10G or 25G.
Four Fibre Links over Two Connectors
With the APM414LD, four single-mode fibre links reach the switch over two Neutrik opticalCON QUAD connectors instead of individual SFP28 modules. NETGEAR notes that the opticalCON QUAD connector cables are purchased from a third-party vendor.

NETGEAR offers four interface cards for this slot: APM414V (4x SFP28, pre-installed with the switch), APM414C (4x 10GBASE-T RJ-45), APM414SD (opticalCON QUAD, multimode fibre) and APM414LD (opticalCON QUAD, single-mode fibre). For multimode fibre choose the APM414SD.
