10G Copper for the M4350-16M4V Modular Slot
The NETGEAR APM414C is an interface card with four standard 10GBASE-T RJ-45 ports that run at 1G or 10G. It fits the modular slot of the NETGEAR M4350-16M4V (MSM4320) fully managed AV switch, which provides one slot for four ports at 10G or 25G.
An Alternative to the Pre-installed SFP28 Card
The M4350-16M4V ships with the APM414V card (4x 25G SFP28) pre-installed. The APM414C is an optional replacement for sites that want 10G copper RJ-45 ports on the slot instead of fibre modules.

Port Speeds
NETGEAR lists the APM414C ports at 1G and 10G. The datasheet does not list 2.5G or 5G for this card. For 25G, use the APM414V, APM414SD or APM414LD card.
Installation
The card goes in the M4350-16M4V's modular slot in place of the pre-installed APM414V card. Follow the procedure in the NETGEAR M4350 Series Hardware Installation Guide (see Datasheet & Downloads).
