Shipping policy

Please note that all orders are processed Mondays to Fridays 9am to 4pm. Orders placed outside of these times (including those on weekends and public holidays) will be processed the following working day.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Self-Collection (By Appointment Only) – Free
- Standard Delivery (2-3 Work Days) – S$25 (excl. GST)
- Expedited Delivery (Same Business Day, Best Effort) – S$50 (excl. GST)
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Please contact us for a quote, which will include shipping costs. More info. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SourceIT is not responsible for these charges and they are the customer’s responsibility.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to be available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at sales@sourceit.com.sg with your name and order number, and we’ll follow up for you.
