Shipping and Delivery

Please note that all orders are processed Mondays to Fridays 9am to 4pm. Orders placed outside of these times (including those on weekends and public holidays) will be processed the following working day.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Self-Collection (By Appointment Only) - Free
Standard Delivery (2-3 Work Day) - S$ 25/- (excl. gst)
Expedited Delivery (Same Business Day) - S$ 50/- (excl. gst)

International Shipping

We offer international shipping please contact us for a quote which will include shipping costs. https://sourceit.com.sg/pages/oversea-shipping Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SourceIT are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@sourceit.com.sg with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
