Neutrik opticalCON QUAD on the M4350-16M4V
The NETGEAR APM414SD is an interface card with two Neutrik opticalCON QUAD connectors for four multimode fibre (MMF) transceivers, running at 10G or 25G. It fits the modular slot of the NETGEAR M4350-16M4V (MSM4320) fully managed AV switch, which provides one slot for four ports at 10G or 25G.
Four Fibre Links over Two Connectors
With the APM414SD, four multimode fibre links reach the switch over two Neutrik opticalCON QUAD connectors instead of individual SFP28 modules. NETGEAR notes that the opticalCON QUAD connector cables are purchased from a third-party vendor.

NETGEAR offers four interface cards for this slot: APM414V (4x SFP28, pre-installed with the switch), APM414C (4x 10GBASE-T RJ-45), APM414SD (opticalCON QUAD, multimode fibre) and APM414LD (opticalCON QUAD, single-mode fibre). For single-mode fibre choose the APM414LD.
