Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellation

SourceIT 30-Days Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your product! If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt in its new condition and original packaging. However, please note that we don’t do refunds for courier options that have been paid.

Unopened/Unused Items
If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt according to the following:

  • Product must be unused, with no markings.
  • Product returns must include original packaging, accessories, boxes, instructions, etc.
  • Products must be shipped back to SourceIT by customer.
  • A 15% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not refund any shipping costs.
  • Please contact us with any pre-sale questions.

Opened/Other Items
We are unable to accept the return of the following items:

  • Open box & Used item and software.
  • Special order items.

Defective Item
If you received a product that is non-functioning or defective out of the packaging, please contact us to arrange for a return material authorization (RMA). We will do our best to replace the product as quickly as possible.

Cancellation
If you’d like to cancel orders before it is fulfilled, there’ll be a 5% processing fee deducted from the refund amount.

Terms and Conditions
1. SourceIT do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse.
2. SourceIT only accept returns if wrong model is delivered or defective products.
3. For defective products, Customer to send email to sales@sourceit.com.sg with SourceIT Invoice.
a) Details of the issue, supporting images and video must be reported within 7 days from delivery date.
b) SourceIT will report the issue to the manufacturer to seek approval for 1-1 exchange within 7 days from delivery date – this is the SOP set by the manufacturer.
c) Once manufacturer have approved the exchange, SourceIT will schedule a collection/delivery schedule for the exchange based on the officer’s availability.
d) Do note that SourceIT will only accept full set with undamaged carton.
e) If issue is reported after 7 days from delivery date, customer will have to approach with the respective manufacturer service centre. Customer would have to produce SourceIT Invoice for warranty purposes.
4. For wrong models, Customer to send email to sales@sourceit.com.sg with SourceIT DO.
a) Details of the issue, supporting images and video must be reported within 7 days from delivery date.
b) SourceIT will arrange collection and delivery of the correct model at the earliest schedule, based on the customer’s availability.
c) Do note that SourceIT will only accept unused full set with undamaged carton.
d) SourceIT will reject any exchange if the customer’s wrong order is used and and/or damaged carton.
e) SourceIT will not be able to make any exchange if the issue is reported after 7 days from delivery date.
