Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellation

SourceIT 30-Days Return Policy We want you to be happy with your product! If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt in its new condition and original packaging. However, please note that we don’t do refunds for courier options that have been paid. Unopened/Unused Items If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt according to the following: Product must be unused, with no markings. Product returns must include original packaging, accessories, boxes, instructions, etc. Products must be shipped back to SourceIT by customer. A 15% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not refund any shipping costs. Please contact us with any pre-sale questions. Opened/Other Items We are unable to accept the return of the following items: Open box & Used item and software. Special order items. Defective Item If you received a product that is non-functioning or defective out of the packaging, please contact us to arrange for a return material authorization (RMA). HiFiMAN designs and manufactures headphones and portable audio products like the HE-5, HE-5LE, HE-6, HE-500, HE-400 and a range of earphone's or IEM's (In Ear Monitors) such as the RE-0, the RE-252 and the RE2000. In 2009, HiFiMAN released the HM-801, marketed as the first true high-end portable music player and have continued with the slimline Supermini and the larger HM series. HiFiMAN has been attempting to normalise the use of a 3.5mm Balanced output on their players and use for ear and headphones. The HiFiMAN is best known for their planar magnetic headphones but the company also manufactures in-ear drivers.
