• Identical Product: The item must be exactly the same (brand, model, and specifications).
• In Stock: The product must be available for purchase on the competitor's website at the time of your price match request.
• Authorized Reseller: The competitor must be an authorized reseller and not a third-party seller on a marketplace platform.

How to Request a Price Match:

To request a price match, follow these simple steps:

1. Find the product on the competitor’s website that has a lower price.
2. Provide proof of the lower price. This can be a screenshot of the quotation or a direct link to the competitor’s page showing the product and price.
3. Email your request and proof to our customer support team at sales@sourceit.com.sg.

Once we receive your request, we will verify the details and, if approved, adjust the price to match the competitor’s offer.

Exclusions:

The following conditions are not eligible for price matching:

• Products sold on auction websites or marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Taobao, Alibaba, etc.
• Products from unauthorized resellers.
• Clearance or closeout items.
• Refurbished or used items.
• Special promotions, bundles, or discounts.
• Products sold during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or other major sales events.

Limitations:

Our Price Match Guarantee comes with a few limitations:

• We reserve the right to reject any price match request at our discretion.
• The price match cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon, or discount.
• The price match applies only to the product price and does not include shipping, taxes, or other fees.
• We may limit the quantity of products eligible for price matching.

Price Adjustment:

If your price match request is approved, we will adjust the product price to match the competitor’s price, which will be reflected in the form of a new quotation or online pricing.

Changes to the Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our Price Match Guarantee policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
