Eligibility:

Our price match guarantee applies to all products sold on our ecommerce store. To be eligible for the program, the product in question must be identical to the one sold on our store, and must be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor's website at the time of the request. The competitor must be an authorized reseller and not a third-party seller on a marketplace platform.

Price Match Procedure:

To request a price match, customers must provide proof of the lower price, such as a screenshot of quotation or a link to the competitor's website. This can be done by emailing our customer support team at https://sourceit.com.sg/. Once the request is received, we will review the information and verify the price match. If the price match is approved, we will adjust the price of the product to match the competitor's price.

Exclusions:

Our price match guarantee does not apply to the following:

• Products sold on auction websites or marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Taobao, Alibaba.
• Products sold by unauthorized resellers.
• Clearance or closeout items.
• Refurbished or used items.
• Special promotions, bundles, or discounts.
• Products sold during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or other similar sales events.

Limitations:

Our price match guarantee policy is subject to the following limitations:

• We reserve the right to reject any price match request at our discretion.
• The price match guarantee cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon, or discount.
• The price match guarantee applies only to the price of the product and does not include shipping, taxes, or other fees.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products eligible for price matching.

Price Adjustment:

If a price match is approved, we will adjust the price of the product to match the competitor's price. In a form of quotation or online.

Changes to the Policy:
