Wall-Plate Wi-Fi 6, IoT and Switch in One
The RUCKUS H350 is a wall-mounted dual-band 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) access point with 2x2:2 radios, integrated BLE and Zigbee, and two extra 1GbE LAN ports for wired devices in the room. RUCKUS rates it at up to 1774 Mbps (802.11ax) and up to 512 clients per AP.
Controller-Managed Edition
This is the standard edition (part number prefix 901-) for networks run from a RUCKUS SmartZone or ZoneDirector controller, or from cloud management. For controller-less Wi-Fi, the Unleashed part 9U1-H350-WW00 is the one to order.
Fits a Standard Wall Box
The H350 installs over an electrical wall box or a standard US or EU single-gang wall jack, with an optional bracket for offset and surface mounting. It runs from a single 802.3af (Class 3) PoE uplink.
Built for Rooms, Not Arenas
RUCKUS positions the H350 for low-density enterprise, hospitality, MDU, small and medium-size businesses, retail, restaurants and small or branch offices.
Supplied in Singapore with Local Warranty

Compatibility & Software Support
Management
This is the standard (non-Unleashed) edition, part number prefix 901-, for networks run from a RUCKUS controller or management platform. The RUCKUS H350 data sheet lists SmartZone, ZoneDirector, Unleashed, standalone and cloud management for the H350 hardware. If you want controller-less Wi-Fi with no controller or subscription, order the Unleashed part 9U1-H350-WW00 instead.
Mixing with Other RUCKUS Gear
Wi-Fi 6 clients get the full 802.11ax feature set; 802.11a/b/g/n/ac devices remain supported. Any 802.3af PoE switch port, such as a RUCKUS ICX, powers it.
What It Is Suited To
Hotel rooms, multi-dwelling units, small offices, retail and restaurants — rooms that need Wi-Fi plus a couple of wired jacks rather than high-density coverage.

What is the difference between 901-H350-WW00 and 9U1-H350-WW00?
Same H350 hardware. 901- is the standard AP for SmartZone, ZoneDirector or cloud management; 9U1- ships with Unleashed (embedded controller, no controller or subscription needed).
What PoE does it need?
A single 802.3af (Class 3) PoE uplink; RUCKUS lists power consumption at 12.54 W.
Can I plug wired devices into it?
Yes. It has two 1GbE LAN ports for devices such as a TV, phone or desktop. The H350 data sheet lists no PoE out port — for PoE out, see the H550.
H350 or H550?
The H550 adds a 4-port switch with one PoE out port, dual-concurrent BLE and Zigbee, and a USB port, but needs an 802.3bt uplink for all features.
