The Eaton 9SX Marine 9SX3000IM is a 3000 VA / 2700 W online double-conversion tower UPS certified by DNV GL, suited to navigation, communication and control equipment on ships, offshore platforms and harbour installations. For Singapore's marine and offshore sector, it brings the 9SX's clean, regulated sine wave output to class-approved installations.
0.9 Power Factor and High Efficiency
With a 0.9 output power factor it delivers 2700 W of real power. Eaton rates it at 92.4% efficiency in online mode and 97.4% in Eco-mode, and the graphical LCD meters energy consumption at the UPS level.
Hot-Swappable Batteries and Expandable Runtime
Internal batteries and external battery modules are hot swappable, so they can be replaced without dropping the load. Eaton publishes 15.5 min at half load and 6 min at full load on internal batteries, extendable with up to 4 optional EBMs. An internal bypass keeps the load powered if the UPS itself faults.
