Online Double-Conversion Protection with an 8–10 Year Lithium Battery
The Eaton 9PX2200IRT2U-L is a 2200 VA / 2200 W online double-conversion UPS in a 2U rack/tower chassis with lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries. For Singapore server rooms, network cabinets and edge sites it delivers clean, regulated power at all times, and Eaton rates the battery for 8–10 years of service life, compared with the usual 3–5 years for VRLA lead-acid.
Fewer battery replacements over the life of the UPS mean lower total cost of ownership and fewer visits to branch offices and unmanned cabinets.
Unity Power Factor, C19 Outlets and High Efficiency
The full 2200 VA rating is available as 2200 W through 8 IEC C13 and 2 IEC C19 outlets. Eaton rates efficiency at up to 93.5% online and 98% in high-efficiency mode, and the range is Energy Star qualified. The input accepts 176–276 V without derating (100–276 V with derating).
Scalable Runtime with 1U Lithium Battery Modules
Up to four hot-swappable 9PXEBM72RT1U-L battery modules, each only 1U, can be added. Eaton publishes 14 minutes at 1800 W on the internal battery, 35 minutes with one EBM and 98 minutes with four.
Managed, Secure and Rack-Ready
USB and RS232, remote ON/OFF, remote power off and a relay output are standard, with a card slot for Eaton's Gigabit Network, Industrial Gateway or Relay card. Eaton highlights dual cybersecurity certifications (UL 2900-1 and IEC 62443-4-2). Two switchable outlet groups allow load shedding.

What It Is Suited To
The 9PX2200IRT2U-L suits a full rack of servers, switches, firewalls and storage up to 2200 W. The input is an IEC C20 (16 A) inlet, so plan for a 16 A supply or C19-equipped PDU upstream.
Monitoring and Shutdown
Use USB or RS232 for a single host, or add an Eaton Gigabit Network card for SNMP/web monitoring and orderly multi-server or virtualised shutdown with Eaton Intelligent Power Manager. The Industrial Gateway card supports Modbus/BMS integration and the Relay card provides dry contacts.
Outlets
8 x IEC C13 and 2 x IEC C19. Equipment with BS 1363 (Type G) plugs needs an IEC lead or an IEC-input power strip.
