Designed primarily for venues such as hotels, residence halls, and remote offices, the Aruba AP-505H Dual-Band Access Point provides your business with reliable and flexible wireless connectivity. This compact Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) access point supports up to 256 clients per radio and features two powerful internal antennas, delivering up to 1487 Mb/s transfer speeds over the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. OFDMA and 2x2 MU-MIMO technologies help to maintain strong, efficient connections with compatible devices. Additionally, your wireless connections are secured with WPA3 encryption.
Connect the AP-505H to your PoE compatible network switch or router through its two 2.5G Ethernet uplink port to transfer data and power over a single cable. Or you can use a separate power adapter. Four Gigabit Ethernet passthrough ports are available, two of which support PoE+ connections, for local devices. There is also a micro-USB port for adding a cellular backhaul or IoT expansion.
