The D-Link DEM-434XT is a 10GBASE-ZR SFP+ transceiver for long-haul 10G Ethernet. It transmits at 1550 nm over single-mode 9/125 µm fibre with a duplex LC connector and reaches up to 80 km — for inter-site, campus and metro links between 10G switches.

D-Link lists a maximum transmit power of 4 dBm and a receiver sensitivity of -24 dBm, with 3.3 V operation, a 450 mA maximum input current and a rated MTBF of 1,584,786 hours.
