Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellation

SourceIT 30-Days Return Policy We want you to be happy with your product! If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt in its new condition and original packaging. However, please note that we don’t do refunds for courier options that have been paid. Unopened/Unused Items If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt according to the following: Product must be unused, with no markings. Product returns must include original packaging, accessories, boxes, instructions, etc. Products must be shipped back to SourceIT by customer. A 15% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not refund any shipping costs. Please contact us with any pre-sale questions. This APC Smart-UPS is designed for IT professionals or network administrators to maintain business uptime and continuity. The 3kVA line interactive 2U rackmount UPS provides pure sine wave power to support critical electronics during power disruptions. It comes with IEC 320 C20 input, BS1363A British and Schuko CEE 7/EU1-16P input cables, 8x IEC 320 C13 and 1x IEC 320 C19 outlets, and 3x IEC jumper cables.
