Poly Zoom Room Base Kit — Certified Zoom Rooms Compute and Control, Camera of Your Choice
The Poly Zoom Room Base Kit (9J6C2AA) is the compute-and-control foundation of a Zoom Room: an HP Mini Conferencing PC running Zoom Rooms plus a Poly TC10 10.1-inch touch controller. Cameras, audio and the Zoom Rooms licence are chosen separately, which is what makes this the flexible way to standardise a Zoom estate across rooms of very different sizes on one common compute platform.
One Compute Platform, Small to Large Rooms
HP describes the Base Room Kit as configurable for small, medium and large rooms — the room size follows the camera you pair with it. HP's published pairings are Studio V12 for 15 ft x 10 ft (4.57 x 3.04 m), Studio V52 for 20 ft x 15 ft, and Studio V72, Studio E60 or Studio E70 for 28 ft x 15 ft. One SKU therefore covers a whole floor plan.
Intel Core i7 Compute with Enterprise Security
The HP Mini Conferencing PC runs an Intel Core i7-12700T (12 cores, 20 threads) with 16 GB DDR5-4800 and a 256 GB NVMe SSD, driving up to three displays through 2 x DisplayPort 1.4 and 1 x HDMI 2.0b. HP Sure Start Gen7 provides self-healing BIOS protection, and the whole room is managed through Poly Lens.
TC10 Touch Control over a Single PoE Cable
The bundled Poly TC10 gives a 10.1-inch WXGA capacitive touch surface for one-touch join, content sharing and room control, powered and connected over a single RJ-45 using PoE (IEEE 802.3at Class 0). Drywall, J-box and tabletop mounting hardware is in the box.
