The Poly Large Room Bundle for Zoom Rooms (7230-88160-029) is built around the Poly Studio E70 dual-lens 4K smart camera, with a Poly TC10 touch controller and an HP Mini Conferencing PC running Zoom Rooms. Poly sizes this bundle for large rooms of more than 10 people. Unlike the small and medium bundles, room audio is deliberately not included — Poly expects a large room to use a dedicated audio device or Pro AV DSP.
Poly Studio E70 — Dual 20 MP Sensors and DirectorAI Framing
The E70 uses two 20 MP 4K sensors: a wide lens at 120° HFOV / 140° DFOV and a tele lens at 70° HFOV / 78° DFOV, with 7.3x digital zoom and camera range to 25 ft / 7.62 m. Poly DirectorAI drives group framing, people framing, speaker framing and presenter tracking, and a motorised electronic privacy shutter closes the lens when the room is idle.
Choose the Right Room Audio for the Space
Because audio is separate, you match it to the room rather than accepting what a bar provides. Poly names the Trio C60, the Sync 60 or Zoom-certified Pro AV devices as the intended pairings. For large Singapore boardrooms this is usually the better acoustic outcome than a single all-in-one bar at the front of the room.
Zoom Rooms Compute, PoE Camera Power and Intelligent Director Readiness
The HP Mini Conferencing PC runs Zoom Rooms natively and drives up to three displays. The E70 draws PoE (IEEE 802.3af Class 4) or uses its optional 60 W supply. HP states the Studio E70 is Zoom Rooms Intelligent Director certified, so the same camera can later be scaled into a three-camera Intelligent Director configuration.

Note on operating system: the Poly bundle datasheet for this generation states Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 64, while HP's later Base Room Kit documentation states Windows 11 IoT Enterprise 64. Compatibility & Software Support
This bundle is a native Zoom Rooms deployment: the HP Mini Conferencing PC ships with Zoom Rooms and the TC10 is Certified for Zoom Rooms. An active Zoom Rooms licence is purchased separately.
Certifications HP states for the bundled Poly Studio E70 itself: Certified for Microsoft Teams and Certified for Zoom. HP also states the E70 is Zoom Rooms Intelligent Director certified, which is what allows three E70 cameras to be combined in the Intelligent Director Camera Kit.
The E70 connects over USB Type-C to the room compute and takes power over Ethernet (802.3af Class 4) or its optional 12 VDC 60 W supply. Device management and firmware updates run through Poly Lens.

Required but not included: room audio (Trio C60, Sync 60 or a Zoom-certified Pro AV device), HDMI cables, Ethernet cable, USB keyboard and mouse, and an active Zoom Rooms licence.

Frequently Asked Questions — Poly Large Room Bundle for Zoom Rooms
Why does the large bundle not include audio?
Poly's own datasheet states audio is not included and directs you to add a Poly Trio C60, Poly Sync 60 or a Zoom-certified Pro AV device. In a room of more than 10 people a single front-of-room bar rarely covers the table, so the audio is specified to the space.
Does the Studio E70 have optical zoom?
No. The E70 uses two 20 MP sensors with a wide and a tele lens and 7.3x digital zoom. Poly does not state optical zoom or mechanical pan/tilt for this camera. If you need a true optical PTZ, look at the Studio E60 with its 12x optical MPTZ lens.
How does this compare with the small and medium Zoom Rooms bundles?
The compute and controller are identical across all three. The small bundle and medium bundle use all-in-one bars with built-in audio; this large bundle uses the E70 camera and separate room audio.
Can this room be upgraded to multi-camera Intelligent Director later?
Yes. HP states the Studio E70 is Zoom Rooms Intelligent Director certified. The Zoom Room Intelligent Director Camera Kit supplies three E70 cameras for that configuration.
How is the camera powered?
The Studio E70 supports PoE to IEEE 802.3af Class 4, or the optional external supply (100–240 VAC to 12 VDC 5 A, 60 W). The bundle ships a power option with the camera — see the note above about the PoE injector.
Do I still need a Zoom Rooms licence?
Yes. The Zoom Rooms subscription is separate from the hardware and can be quoted alongside it by SourceIT.
