PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Poly Trio C60 Smart IP Conference Phone (849B4AA) - Local Warranty
Poly Trio C60 — Flagship Smart Conference Phone, Full Radio and PoE-Enabled
The Poly Trio C60 is HP's flagship smart IP conference phone. This SKU (849B4AA) is the full-radio, PoE-enabled Open SIP build. HP specifies three cardioid microphones, 92 dB speaker sensitivity and audio up to 22 kHz, with Poly Acoustic Clarity technology providing full-duplex conversation, acoustic echo cancellation and background noise suppression, plus Poly NoiseBlock AI. A 12.7 cm (5 in) colour multi-touch display drives the whole experience.
Open SIP, Zoom and Microsoft Platforms on One Device
HP lists platform support for this model as Zoom, Open SIP, Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams, with up to three lines (a maximum of one Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams). That makes it the flexible choice for Singapore organisations running a hosted PBX or SIP trunk today and expecting to move — or already running mixed — cloud platforms.
Three Cardioid Microphones, 22 kHz Reproduction
The three-microphone cardioid array is directional, rejecting off-axis room noise rather than simply summing more capsules, and the 92 dB speaker reproduces up to 22 kHz for natural, full-bandwidth voice. For larger tables, the Trio Expansion Microphone Kit extends coverage.
Dual Gigabit Ethernet, PoE, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
Two RJ-45 10/100/1000BASE-TX ports let a laptop share the phone's drop. The unit is an IEEE 802.3at Class 4 PoE device and can source 802.3af power onward. Wi-Fi covers 2.4–5 GHz (802.11a/b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.2 reaches up to 20 ft, and USB Type-A (charging) and USB Micro-B (audio devices) ports are provided.
Built for Daily Use in Singapore Meeting Rooms
38.3 x 7.5 x 33.2 cm and 950 g, operating from 0 to 40 °C at 5–95% humidity, ENERGY STAR certified, and supplied with a CAT-5E network cable, cable wrap and an accessibility tactile overlay. SourceIT supplies it with local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice.

Compatibility & Software Support
Platform support
HP lists platform support for this SKU as Zoom, Open SIP, Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams, with up to three lines (maximum one Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams). If you specifically need the native Microsoft Teams build, order the Trio C60 for Microsoft Teams (849B6AA).
Connectivity and BYOD
Two RJ-45 10/100/1000BASE-TX ports allow a laptop to share the phone's network drop. Bluetooth 4.2 pairs mobile devices at up to 20 ft, and Wi-Fi covers 2.4–5 GHz (802.11a/b/g/n). A USB Type-A port provides device charging and a USB Micro-B port connects audio devices. Power is drawn over Ethernet as an IEEE 802.3at Class 4 device, and the phone can source IEEE 802.3af power onward.
Audio processing
Poly Acoustic Clarity technology provides full-duplex conversation, acoustic echo cancellation and background noise suppression, and the phone supports a broad codec set: G.711 (A-law and µ-law), G.722, G.722.1, G.722.1C, G.729AB, G.719, Polycom Siren 7, Siren 14, iLBC and OPUS.
Management
Deployed devices are managed through Poly Lens for provisioning, firmware and device health, and the phones also support standard SIP provisioning servers used by Singapore SIP trunk and hosted PBX providers.

Frequently Asked Questions — Poly Trio C60
How many microphones does it have?
Three cardioid microphones, per HP's published specification for the Trio C60. Older marketing copy in the market sometimes describes a six-microphone array; HP's current datasheet states three cardioid microphones, and that is the figure we publish.
What is the difference between this and the Microsoft Teams model?
This SKU (849B4AA) is the Open SIP build, and HP lists Zoom, Open SIP, Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams among its supported platforms. 849B6AA is the Microsoft Teams certified build running the native Teams interface. The hardware is otherwise the same.
Will it work with our SIP trunk or hosted PBX?
Yes — it is an Open SIP device supporting up to three lines, and it can be provisioned from a standard SIP provisioning server. It supports a broad codec set including G.711, G.722, G.722.1, G.722.1C, G.729AB, G.719, Siren 7, Siren 14, iLBC and OPUS.
Does it need a power adapter?
Not normally. It is a built-in auto-sensing IEEE 802.3at Class 4 PoE device, so a single drop from a PoE+ switch powers and connects it. It can also source IEEE 802.3af power onward.
How does it compare with the Trio 8300?
The Trio 8300 is the small-room entry model: three cardioid microphones but a 90 dB speaker, up to 3.7 m of pickup, a 3.5-inch monochrome display, a single RJ-45 and PoE 802.3af Class 0. The C60 steps up to a 92 dB speaker, 22 kHz response, a 5-inch colour multi-touch display, dual Gigabit Ethernet and PoE 802.3at Class 4.
Can I extend microphone coverage for a bigger table?
Yes — see the Poly Trio Expansion Microphone Kit. SourceIT carries two expansion microphone kit listings (85X00AA and 85X02AA); please confirm with us which is correct for your Trio model before ordering.
Does this come with local Singapore warranty?
Yes. Every Poly Trio C60 sold by SourceIT comes with local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice.
