Poly G7500 with Studio E70 and TC10 — 4K Modular Video Conferencing
The Poly G7500 is HP's modular 4K room codec: a 349 x 140 mm, 952.5 g appliance that carries the whole room. HP specifies people video at 4K 30 fps from 2048 Kbps and 1080p 60 fps from 1740 Kbps, using H.264 AVC, H.264 High Profile and H.265, with dual display output and content input up to UHD 3840 x 2160. It is certified for Microsoft Teams and certified for Zoom, and it is the Poly platform to specify when a room needs a camera and microphone design chosen to fit the space rather than a fixed all-in-one bar. This kit pairs the codec with the dual-sensor Poly Studio E70 camera and the 10.1-inch Poly TC10 touch controller.
Studio E70: Dual 20-Megapixel 4K Sensors with DirectorAI Framing
HP specifies the Studio E70 as a dual camera with 20-megapixel 4K sensors producing 2160p 4K UHD (3840 x 2160), with a 78° and 140° diagonal field of view (120° and 70° horizontal). Poly DirectorAI provides speaker framing, people framing, group framing and a DirectorAI perimeter, and a motorised electronic privacy shutter is integrated. The E70's 7.3x zoom is digital, not optical — wide coverage and AI framing are what this camera is for.
TC10: A 10.1-Inch, 300-Nit Controller Powered Over Ethernet
The bundled Poly TC10 is a 25.7 cm (10.1 in) IPS touchscreen at WXGA 1280 x 800 with 300 nits brightness, 1000:1 contrast and 75° viewing angles horizontally and vertically. It runs on a single RJ-45 with PoE to IEEE 802.3at Class 0, weighs 1.27 kg, and ships with a wall mount kit, table stand, mounting hardware and RJ-45 cable — so it can be deployed on the table or on the wall without extra parts.
Every Port a Large Room Design Needs
The G7500 carries 1 HDMI-in 1.4 for wired laptop content, 2 HDMI-out 1.4 for dual displays plus a separate HDMI-out 1.4 for audio, an HDCI camera port, 1 USB Type-C and 3 USB Type-A at 5Gbps signalling, audio-in, audio-out and RS-232 for control-system integration. Four Ethernet ports are provided — one 10/100/1G uplink plus three 10/100/1G LLN ports with PoE+/PSE — so Poly IP table and ceiling microphone arrays run over ordinary structured cabling instead of proprietary looms.
NoiseBlockAI, Acoustic Fence and Third-Party DSP
Poly NoiseBlockAI suppresses non-speech noise on the transmit side and Poly Acoustic Fence keeps sound from outside the intended meeting area out of the call — both useful in open-plan Singapore offices and glass-walled meeting rooms. Poly IP microphones give up to 20 ft (6.09 m) of pickup, and where a room already has a professional audio design, HP documents support for audio-conferencing processors such as QSC, Shure and Biamp over USB.

Compatibility & Software Support
Operating systems and room platforms
The Poly G7500 is an appliance-based room system running Poly Video OS — no separate room PC or compute appliance is required for its native modes. HP states that the G7500 is certified for Microsoft Teams and certified for Zoom, so a Teams Rooms on Android or Zoom Rooms Appliance experience runs natively on the codec itself once the corresponding licence is assigned.
Standards-based calling and interoperability
The codec supports standards-based video calling using H.264 AVC, H.264 High Profile and H.265, which allows it to interoperate with SIP and H.323 infrastructure and with third-party bridges. HP does not publish a Google Meet certification for the G7500, so SourceIT does not claim one; if Google Meet hardware certification is a requirement, please ask us to confirm the current certified model list before you order.
BYOD and USB device mode
The G7500 carries 1 USB Type-C and 3 USB Type-A ports at 5Gbps signalling, plus HDMI-in 1.4 for wired content sharing from a laptop. HP also documents support for third-party audio-conferencing processors such as QSC, Shure and Biamp over USB, which is what makes the G7500 the natural choice when a room needs to integrate into an existing DSP-based audio design.
Microphones and cameras over standard cabling
Three of the four Ethernet ports are LLN ports with PoE+/PSE, so Poly IP table and ceiling microphone arrays connect over ordinary structured cabling rather than proprietary runs — a practical advantage in Singapore fit-outs where cable paths are already installed.
Management
The G7500 is managed through Poly Lens, HP's cloud management and insights service, for provisioning, firmware updates, device health and room analytics across a fleet.

Frequently Asked Questions — Poly G7500 with Studio E70 and TC10
What is the difference between this kit and the TC8 version?
Only the touch controller. This kit ships the 10.1-inch TC10 (WXGA 1280 x 800 at 300 nits, PoE 802.3at Class 0, 1.27 kg, table stand and wall mount kit included); the G7500 Video Kit with TC8 and Studio E70 ships the 8-inch TC8 (PoE 802.3af Class 3, 812 g). The codec and Studio E70 camera are identical.
Is the Studio E70's zoom optical?
No. HP specifies 7.3x digital zoom. The E70 covers a wide room using dual 20-megapixel 4K sensors and up to a 140° diagonal field of view with DirectorAI framing. For true optical reach in a long room, pair a G7500 with the EagleEye IV-12x (12x optical zoom) instead.
Which room size is this for?
Large rooms. The Studio E70 is HP's large-room camera; the G7500 is positioned for mid-size to large rooms needing a custom-designed system. For small or medium rooms, an all-in-one bar such as the Studio X52 or Studio X70 will usually be simpler to deploy.
Do I need a room PC, compute appliance or licence?
No room PC or compute appliance — the G7500 runs Poly Video OS natively and HP lists it as certified for Microsoft Teams and certified for Zoom. A Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms licence and room resource account are still required.
Can the TC10 be wall mounted?
Yes. HP lists a wall mount kit, table stand and mounting hardware in the TC10 box, along with an RJ-45 cable. The controller is powered over Ethernet (802.3at Class 0), so no local power outlet is needed at the mounting position.
What microphone coverage does the kit give?
The kit includes a Poly IP microphone. Pickup is rated up to 20 ft (6.09 m), and additional table or ceiling arrays connect to the codec's PoE+/PSE LLN Ethernet ports for larger rooms.
Does this come with local Singapore warranty?
Yes. Every Poly G7500 with Studio E70 and TC10 sold by SourceIT comes with local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice.
