The Yealink MVC S98-C5U-004 is Yealink’s flagship native Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows system for ProAV rooms, boardrooms and the most demanding extra-large spaces. The kit bundles three SmartVision 80 quad-lens PTZ cameras, the AVHub multi-camera audio-video processor, the RCH40 E2 PoE+ switch, the MCore 4 mini-PC (Intel Core Ultra 5), the 11.6-inch MTouch Plus touch console, the RoomSensor and a BYOD-Extender — a complete multi-camera ProAV deployment in one order.
Triple SmartVision 80 Cameras: 20× Optical Zoom from Three Angles
Each SmartVision 80 combines a mechanical PTZ lens with 20× optical zoom and three electronic lenses (one panoramic at 110° DFOV, two telephoto at 51° DFOV), driven by an on-device 48-TOPS Qualcomm QCS8550 AI processor. Deployed as a trio through the AVHub, they cover complex ProAV rooms from multiple angles with Multi-Stream IntelliFrame, Participant Identification, IntelliFocus, Speaker Tracking, Presenter Tracking, Video Fence, Picture-in-Picture and Auto Framing.
AVHub + RCH40 E2: Scalable ProAV Backbone
The AVHub processor supports up to nine Yealink cameras with intelligent multi-speaker tracking and mic-camera linkage, while the included RCH40 E2 PoE+ switch (4 × Gigabit ports, 90 W PoE budget) powers and connects the camera network cleanly. Room audio scales through Yealink’s pro audio ecosystem — CM50 ceiling microphones, CS10-D ceiling loudspeakers and the AP08 Dante DSP.
BYOD-Ready Flagship for Singapore Boardrooms
The included BYOD-Extender lets guests run any UC platform from their own laptop through the room’s cameras and audio, and the optional WPP30 pod adds one-click wireless sharing. Compatibility & Software Support
Runs the native Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows experience: Windows 11 IoT Enterprise with the Microsoft Teams Rooms app preloaded, one-touch join, calendar integration and multi-display support. Manageable through the Microsoft Teams Admin Center alongside your other Teams Rooms.
Device management is handled with Yealink RoomConnect (preloaded) and the Yealink Management Cloud Service (YMCS), giving IT remote monitoring, diagnostics and firmware updates for every MVC S98 room.
The included BYOD-Extender lets guests run Google Meet, Webex or any other UC app from their own laptop through the room’s cameras and audio — ideal for mixed-platform organisations in Singapore.
