The ThinkVision E24-30 is the best-rounded monitor in this value group. 1920 x 1080 IPS at 100 Hz with 99% sRGB coverage and 1300:1 contrast, 2 W x 2 speakers, three video inputs including VGA, and a stand with 155 mm of height adjustment, 360° swivel and full pivot.
Only 12 W Typical, With a C-Class Energy Label
12 W typical and 29 W maximum, an ENERGY STAR power-on figure of 11 W and a TEC of 35.4 kWh, with a C-class EU energy label. It also carries ENERGY STAR, EPEAT Gold, TCO Certified 9.0, Eyesafe Certified 2.0 and three TÜV Rheinland certifications — a stronger sheet than the E24-28 generation it replaces.
The Slimmest Bezel and the Best Stand in This Group
A 1.8 mm side and top bezel with an 18.3 mm bottom, on a stand offering 155 mm of lift, 360° of swivel and -90° to +90° of pivot. For a multi-monitor array or a desk that has to suit different people, this is the specification that matters and most monitors at this price do not have it.

Compatibility & Fit
If you are buying one monitor from this ordering table, this is usually the one. It has the ergonomic stand that the S-series lacks, the 100 Hz IPS panel and 99% sRGB that the older E-series lacks, speakers, three inputs including VGA, the slimmest bezel of the group, and it draws just 12 W with a C-class energy label. Nothing else here combines all of that.
The stand, in detail. 155 mm of height adjustment puts the top of the screen at eye level for a tall or a short person on the same desk. 360° of swivel is more than the T-series offers and lets you turn the screen to show a colleague without moving the base. -90° to +90° of pivot gives portrait in either direction. On a monitor at this price, that stand is unusual.
What it still does not have. No USB ports of any kind, no USB-C docking, no Ethernet, and no headphone jack — though it does have 2 W x 2 speakers, the strongest in this group. If the desk needs a USB hub or single-cable laptop docking, the T-series is the range; tell us and we will quote appropriately.
Cables. An HDMI cable is supplied along with four mounting screws. There is no DisplayPort cable and no VGA cable despite both ports being present.
Where the E and S series sit in Lenovo's own words. Lenovo positions the ThinkVision E series as "Comfortable Viewing for Everyday Users" and the S series as "Basic Displays for Simple Experiences", against "Enhanced Productivity" for the T series and "Best-in-Class Performance" for the P series. Lenovo publishes no expansion of what the letters stand for, so neither do we. In practice the difference that matters on a desk is the stand: most E and S models are tilt-only, while every T and P model offers 155 mm of height adjustment, swivel and pivot.
