The ThinkVision S24i-30 is a 23.8-inch 1920 x 1080 IPS monitor running 100 Hz with 99% sRGB coverage and 1300:1 contrast. Unlike most of the value range it publishes a 3.5 mm audio-out, so a headset or powered speakers can connect to the monitor rather than the PC.

A Tilt-Only Stand, and No USB
State it plainly: this monitor has a fixed-height, tilt-only stand and no USB ports of any kind. Lenovo's own dimension table gives one height, not a range. It has a VESA 100 x 100 mm pattern, so an arm solves the ergonomics inexpensively if the desk needs it.

Compatibility & Fit
The audio-out is the small thing that decides this model. Most monitors in this value group have no audio path at all — no speakers and no jack, so headphones go into the PC. This one publishes a 3.5 mm audio-out. On a desk where the tower lives on the floor or the laptop sits closed in a stand, being able to plug a headset into the screen in front of you is worth more than the specification sheet suggests.

If a tender asks for these line by line, that is the list.
The stand and the arm. Tilt only, -5° to +22°, fixed height. VESA 100 x 100 mm. For desks where someone will sit all day, budget an arm; it costs far less than moving to a T-series monitor and gives more adjustment than either. We can quote arms alongside.

Where the E and S series sit in Lenovo's own words. Lenovo positions the ThinkVision E series as "Comfortable Viewing for Everyday Users" and the S series as "Basic Displays for Simple Experiences", against "Enhanced Productivity" for the T series and "Best-in-Class Performance" for the P series. Lenovo publishes no expansion of what the letters stand for, so neither do we. In practice the difference that matters on a desk is the stand: most E and S models are tilt-only, while every T and P model offers 155 mm of height adjustment, swivel and pivot.
