3U GPU Server With Dual AMD EPYC
The Lenovo ThinkSystem SR675 V3 is a 3U GPU-dense rack server. It takes up to two AMD EPYC 9005 or 9004 Series processors with up to 160 cores each and 24 DDR5 DIMM slots for up to 3 TB of memory.
Three Base Configurations
Lenovo builds the SR675 V3 as a 4-DW model with up to 4 double-wide or single-wide PCIe GPUs, an 8-DW model with up to 8 double-wide or single-wide PCIe GPUs, or an SXM5 model with 4 x NVIDIA SXM5 GPUs and Lenovo Neptune liquid-to-air cooling, giving one platform for AI training, inference, HPC and visualisation.

Every SR675 V3 includes the XClarity Controller 2 (XCC2) for out-of-band management, TPM 2.0, a chassis intrusion switch and hot-swap drives and power supplies.

Does the SXM5 model need a water supply?
No. The SXM5 model uses Lenovo Neptune liquid-to-air cooling, a closed loop inside the server, so it runs in an air-cooled rack.
