The Yealink W80DM is the DECT Manager at the heart of the W80 multi-cell system. It coordinates up to 30 W80B base stations into one cordless network supporting up to 100 handsets, 100 SIP accounts and 100 parallel calls — ideal for warehouses, hospitals, hotels and multi-floor offices across Singapore.
System-Wide Roaming with In-Group Handover
Handsets roam across the whole W80 system, re-registering automatically as staff move between coverage areas, while mid-call handover is supported between base stations within the same synchronised group (sync over the air). Each W80B cell handles up to 8 concurrent calls, so busy sites keep talking.
Single-Point Management for the Entire System
The entire multi-cell system is configured and managed from the W80DM web portal — bases, handsets and SIP registrations in one place. Auto-provisioning via TFTP/FTP/HTTP/HTTPS and Yealink RPS plus over-the-air handset firmware upgrades keep large fleets simple to run, secured with TLS, SRTP and DECT encryption.
Simple PoE Deployment
The compact, wall-mountable W80DM powers over a single PoE (IEEE 802.3af) network cable — no power point needed at the mounting position. Note the W80DM is a management unit: DECT radio coverage comes from the W80B base stations you add to the system.
