The Yealink W90DM is the DECT Manager of Yealink's flagship W90 multi-cell platform. One W90DM coordinates up to 60 W90B base stations, 250 handsets, 250 SIP accounts and 250 simultaneous calls — built for hospitals, factories, hotels, campuses and the largest multi-floor deployments in Singapore.
Scale to 2,500 Handsets with the Virtual Integrator Manager
With Yealink's Virtual Integrator Manager (VIM) licence, up to 10 W90DMs combine into one super-system of 600 base stations, 2,500 handsets and 2,500 parallel calls — with handsets roaming between DECT Managers while keeping their account data.
Built-In Redundancy for Business-Critical Voice
The W90 platform adds resilience the W80 generation doesn't have: DM redundancy via DM-Reserve automatically switches to a backup DECT Manager if the master fails, and a backup Level-1 base can take over synchronisation within a minute. Bases sync over the air or over the LAN for stable roaming in dense RF environments.
Seamless Handover, Central Management
Handsets enjoy seamless handover and roaming as staff move around site, while the whole system is managed from a single web UI with bulk handset registration via CSV, auto-provisioning (TFTP/FTP/HTTP/HTTPS/RPS), OTA firmware upgrades and TLS/SRTP/DECT-encryption security. IPv6 and Microsoft SIP Gateway for Teams are supported.
