The Yealink W90DM is the DECT Manager of Yealink's flagship W90 multi-cell platform. One W90DM coordinates up to 60 W90B base stations, 250 handsets and 250 simultaneous calls — built for warehouses, hospitals, hotels, supermarket chains and other large, multi-location sites.
Scale to 2,500 Handsets with the Virtual Integrator Manager
With Yealink's Virtual Integrator Manager (VIM) licence, the W90 platform scales to 10 DECT Managers, 600 base stations, 2,500 handsets and 2,500 parallel calls in one system.
Air + LAN Sync with Level-1 Base Backup
W90 bases synchronise over the air or over the LAN, so roaming stays stable even in poor-signal environments. If the Level-1 sync base goes down, a backup base takes over within one minute, and handsets enjoy seamless handover and roaming as staff move around site.
Secure, Centrally Provisioned, Teams-Ready
The whole system is provisioned via TFTP/FTP/HTTP/HTTPS or Yealink RPS and secured with SRTP, SIPS, TLS, LDAP(s) and HTTPS, with IPv6 support. XML, LDAP and remote phonebooks plus XSI directory/call log are supported, and Yealink lists Microsoft SIP Gateway support for Teams calling.

Do I need a W90DM for every W90 deployment?
Yes — the W90DM is the system's DECT Manager. Radio coverage comes from W90B base stations; add as many as your site needs, up to 60 per DM.
How far can the W90 system scale?
One W90DM handles up to 60 bases, 250 handsets and 250 simultaneous calls. With the Virtual Integrator Manager (VIM) licence, up to 10 DMs combine into one system of 600 bases, 2,500 handsets and 2,500 calls.
What happens if the sync base fails?
The W90 supports Level-1 base backup: another base takes over synchronisation within one minute. Bases can sync over the air or over the LAN.
How is the W90 different from the W80?
