Yealink RT30 DECT Repeater — Extend DECT Coverage Across Your Singapore Office
The Yealink RT30 is Yealink's current-generation DECT repeater, extending the wireless range of compatible Yealink DECT base stations — filling coverage gaps across corridors, floors, warehouses and back-of-house areas so W-series handsets stay connected everywhere staff work. Indoor range extends up to 50 m per repeater (up to 300 m outdoor in clear, ideal conditions).
Up to 4 Simultaneous Calls with Automatic Handover
Paired with a Yealink W70B base station (on current firmware), each RT30 relays up to 4 simultaneous calls in HD voice. Automatic handover keeps calls alive as users roam between the base station's cell and repeater cells — no drops, no manual re-registration.
Star and Cascade Deployment for Larger Sites
Deploy up to 6 RT30 repeaters in a star layout around one base station, and chain up to 2 repeaters in cascade (with W60B/W70B) to push coverage deeper into a building. That flexibility lets a single-cell DECT system cover shops, clinics, workshops and multi-room offices without running network cable.
Plug-and-Play Setup with Status LEDs
Auto-association makes installation simple: power the RT30 near the edge of existing coverage and it registers to the base. Three LEDs (Power, DECT Link, Active Relay) confirm status at a glance, and the slim housing sits on a desk or mounts to a wall.

Compatibility & Software Support
Base stations (per Yealink datasheet): Yealink W60B (firmware v77.81.0.35 or later), W70B (v146.85.0.15 or later) and W52 base (v25.81.0.10 or later). The 4-simultaneous-call capacity requires W70B v146.85.0.35+ with RT30 firmware v83.0.0.22+.
Handsets: Works transparently with the Yealink W-series DECT handsets registered to the base (e.g. W56H, W57R, W59R, W73H, W78H) — handsets roam between base and repeater cells with automatic handover.
Deployment note: The RT30 extends single-cell DECT systems (W53P/W56P/W60P/W70B-based). For very large or multi-storey coverage, consider a Yealink multi-cell system such as the W80B or W90B instead.

What is the difference between the RT30 and the RT20U?
The RT30 is the newer model: it supports up to 4 simultaneous calls per repeater (vs 2 on the RT20U), works with the current W70B base station, and allows up to 6 repeaters per base with 2-level cascading.
