Yealink W59R IP67 Waterproof Rugged DECT Handset
The Yealink W59R is Yealink's IP67-certified ruggedized DECT handset — dustproof and able to withstand immersion in up to 1 metre of water for 30 minutes — and built to secure itself from falls of up to 2.5 metres. The rubberized surface is scratch- and disinfectant-resistant, made for the hardest front-line environments.
Bluetooth 4.2 and Worker-Safety Alarms
Built-in Bluetooth 4.2 pairs a wireless headset for hands-free work, while dedicated occupational-safety features — push-button alarm, no-movement alarm, man-down alarm and running alarm — protect lone workers on night shifts, in cold rooms and on plant floors.
Battery That Outlasts the Shift
The 1460 mAh battery delivers up to 28 hours of talk time and 360 hours of standby (18 h / 200 h when using a Bluetooth headset), with HD audio, Flexible Noise Reduction and a full-duplex speakerphone keeping calls clear in noisy areas.

Compatibility & Software Support
The W59R registers to the Yealink W70B base — the base bundled in the W79P system — as well as the W60B base (as bundled in the W69P) and the Yealink W80 multi-cell system.
The W70B-based W-series DECT systems register to any standards-based SIP platform (SIP v1/RFC2543, v2/RFC3261) and are widely deployed with leading IP-PBX and hosted voice platforms used in Singapore. They are open-SIP devices — they are not Microsoft Teams or Zoom certified endpoints.
- Provisioning: auto-provisioning via TFTP/FTP/HTTP/HTTPS, PnP and Yealink RPS (Redirection & Provisioning Service) for zero-touch rollout
- Management: web user interface plus Yealink device management (YMCS/YDMP) support; over-the-air handset upgrades
- Security: TLS 1.0/1.2/1.3, SRTP voice encryption, HTTPS and OpenVPN on the W70B base
- Mixed fleets: one W70B base can host a mix of W-series handsets (W73H, W56H, W78H, W57R, W59R) — up to 10 per base
