Outdoor Wi-Fi 6 for Plazas, Campuses and Public Venues
The RUCKUS T350c is a dual-band, concurrent 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) outdoor access point with 2x2:2 radios on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. RUCKUS rates the T350 series at up to 1774 Mbps (802.11ax) and up to 512 clients per AP, and positions it for high-density outdoor public venues such as airports, convention centres, plazas, malls, smart cities and dense urban spaces.
Unleashed: Controller-Less Wi-Fi
This is the Unleashed edition (part number prefix 9U1-). RUCKUS Unleashed access points carry an embedded controller, so there is no separate controller appliance or cloud subscription to buy. RUCKUS says you just plug it in and set it up from the RUCKUS Unleashed mobile app or any web browser, and add capacity by plugging in another Unleashed AP. Unleashed also manages RUCKUS ICX switches, and includes guest services, Dynamic PSK and SmartMesh wireless meshing.
Which T350 Is the T350c?
The T350c is the compact, PoE-only member of the family: one Gigabit PoE port, an internal omnidirectional antenna and an operating range of -20°C to 65°C.
Built for Singapore's Outdoors
The T350 series is IP-67 rated, survives winds of up to 266 km/h (165 mph) and mounts on a pole, wall or flat surface with the bracket supplied in the box. BeamFlex+ adaptive antennas and SmartMesh self-healing wireless meshing help extend coverage to spots where running cable is hard.
Supplied in Singapore with Local Warranty
RUCKUS sells the T350 series with a limited one-year warranty. SourceIT supplies the T350c locally in Singapore with a GST invoice. No PoE injector is included; the AP runs at full functionality on 802.3at PoE. Email sales@sourceit.com.sg with your site layout for a coverage plan and bill of materials.

Compatibility & Software Support
Management
This 9U1- part ships as an Unleashed AP: set up and managed from the RUCKUS Unleashed mobile app or a web browser, with no controller hardware. RUCKUS also supports the T350 hardware on SmartZone, ZoneDirector, cloud and standalone management — if you plan to run a controller or RUCKUS One from day one, the non-Unleashed part 901-T350-WW20 is the usual order.
Mixing with Other RUCKUS Gear
Unleashed can manage RUCKUS ICX switches alongside the access points, and outdoor T-series APs can join the same Unleashed network as indoor R-series and H-series APs. Wi-Fi 6 clients get the full 802.11ax feature set; 802.11a/b/g/n/ac devices remain supported.

What is the difference between 9U1-T350-WW20 and 901-T350-WW20?
Same T350c hardware. 9U1- ships with Unleashed (embedded controller, no controller or subscription needed); 901- is the standard AP for SmartZone, ZoneDirector or cloud management.
How do the T350c, T350d and T350se differ?
The T350c is omni, PoE-only, -20°C to 65°C. The T350d adds DC input, USB and a BLE/Zigbee IoT radio and runs from -40°C. The T350se has a 120° sector antenna with N-type connectors for an external antenna, plus DC input and USB.
What PoE does it need?
802.3at PoE (Class 4, 13.24 W) for full functionality. On 802.3af (Class 3) it draws 11.42 W.
