The NETGEAR GS308PP is an 8-port Gigabit Ethernet unmanaged switch where every port delivers IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ at up to 30 W, from an 83 W total budget with the included 90 W power adapter.
FlexPoE — Upgrade Power Later
With NETGEAR FlexPoE you can raise the PoE budget to 123 W by fitting the optional NETGEAR EPS130W power adapter (sold separately) and setting the rear PoE budget slider to match — no need to replace the switch as your devices grow.
Plug-and-Play, Silent Operation
No configuration is needed and PoE auto-balance allocates power to each device's actual needs. The fanless metal case runs silently on a desk or wall, with 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet and auto power-down.
