NETGEAR GS305P 5-Port Gigabit PoE+ Unmanaged Switch, 4 x PoE+ 63W, Fanless Desktop
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NETGEAR GS305P 5-Port Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ Unmanaged Switch, 63W (GS305P-300UKS) - 3 Years Local Warranty
Four PoE+ Ports, 63W Budget
The NETGEAR GS305P (GS305Pv3) is a 5-port Gigabit Ethernet unmanaged switch from NETGEAR's 300 Series Essentials range. Ports 1–4 deliver IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ at up to 30 W each from a 63 W total budget, powering IP cameras, VoIP phones, wireless access points and IoT devices, while port 5 connects back to your network.
Plug-and-Play with PoE Auto-Balance
There is nothing to configure — connect devices and the switch auto-negotiates speed, duplex and cable type. NETGEAR's PoE auto-balance allocates power based on what each device actually needs, independent of its detected PoE class.
Silent, Compact and Energy Efficient
The fanless metal design runs silently on a desk or mounted on a wall (wall-mount screws included). IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet, auto power-down and short-cable detection keep running costs low.

Frequently Asked Questions — NETGEAR GS305P
Does the GS305P need configuring?
No. It is unmanaged and plug-and-play — every port auto-negotiates.

Four. Ports 1–4 are PoE+ (up to 30 W each) sharing a 63 W total budget; port 5 is for the uplink.
What happens if the PoE budget is exceeded?
NETGEAR's installation guide states PoE is prioritised by port order, with port 1 highest, so the highest-numbered ports are cut first.
What warranty do I get?
3 years local warranty in Singapore, supplied by SourceIT with a GST invoice.
