The Yealink SIP-T48U is the flagship of the T4U series: a 16-account SIP desk phone with a 7-inch 800x480 colour touch screen (24-bit) that makes call handling as intuitive as a smartphone. Yealink Optima HD Voice with a full-duplex AEC speakerphone, Smart Noise Filtering, Acoustic Shield and a hearing-aid-compatible handset keep every call crystal clear.
Touch-First Productivity
The large touchscreen puts 29 one-touch DSS keys, directories, history, transfers and conferencing a tap away — perfect for high-volume call handling — with support for up to three EXP43 colour-screen expansion modules (180 extra buttons) for attendant consoles. Dual-port Gigabit Ethernet with IEEE 802.3af PoE (Class 3) keeps deployment to one cable.
Expandable via Dual USB
Two USB 2.0 ports add Bluetooth (BT40/BT41/BT52), Wi-Fi (WF40/WF50), USB headsets and USB call recording, while unified T4U firmware, TR-069 and zero-touch provisioning keep fleet management simple for Singapore IT teams.

The SIP-T48U is an open-SIP business IP phone running Yealink’s unified T4U firmware. The T48U replaces physical line keys with a 7" touch screen and 29 one-touch on-screen DSS keys; the T46U pairs a 4.3" colour display with 10 physical LED line keys. Both support 16 accounts, dual USB ports and EXP43 modules.
Is the T48U a Teams or Zoom phone?
No — the T48U is an open-SIP phone for SIP-based PBX and hosted-voice platforms. For native Microsoft Teams desk phones, see SourceIT’s Yealink MP series such as the MP58.
Can I add Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to the T48U?
Yes — plug a BT41 Bluetooth dongle or WF50 Wi-Fi dongle (or WF40) into either USB 2.0 port.
