Answer and End Calls from Your Bluetooth Headset
Once paired, the BT41 lets you answer incoming calls and terminate calls directly from your Bluetooth headset, and adjust the volume without touching the phone. Built on A2DP technology, it keeps hands-free call control at your ear so you can move around your desk while staying on the line.
10-Metre Range with EDR up to 3 Mbps
The BT41 operates in the 2.402 GHz – 2.480 GHz Bluetooth band with a 10-metre operating distance — ample coverage for a desk and the surrounding workspace. The BT41 supports 8K narrowband speech (NBS) on the SIP-T27G/T29G/T46G/T48G/T41S/T42S/T46S/T48S, and 16K wideband speech (WBS) on the SIP-T53 for noticeably clearer HD wireless audio on that model.

Which Yealink phones work with the BT41?
The official BT41 datasheet lists the SIP-T27G, T29G, T46G, T48G, T41S, T42S, T46S, T48S and SIP-T53. In addition, Yealink's specification pages for the SIP-T43U, SIP-T46U and SIP-T48U list Bluetooth support via BT41.
BT41 vs BT50 — which one do I need?
They serve different products. The BT41 adds Bluetooth headset support to Yealink desk phones via the phone's USB port. The BT50 is a Bluetooth 5.0 dongle for the Yealink CP700/CP900 portable speakerphones, connecting them wirelessly to a PC. For a T2/T4 series desk phone, choose the BT41.
Do the Yealink T53W, T54W or T57W need a BT41?
No. The W-suffix T5 phones such as the SIP-T53W, SIP-T54W and SIP-T57W have built-in Bluetooth 4.2 (and built-in dual-band Wi-Fi), so no dongle is required.
Do Yealink W-series DECT phones use the BT41?
No. The W-series DECT solutions are not in the BT41's supported model list — the dongle is designed for the listed SIP desk phones only.
