The Yealink SIP-T43U is a 12-line SIP desk phone with a large 3.7-inch 360x160 backlit screen for busy professionals. Yealink Optima HD Voice with a full-duplex AEC speakerphone, Smart Noise Filtering, Acoustic Shield and a hearing-aid-compatible handset keep every call clear, while dual USB 2.0 ports add Bluetooth (BT40/BT41/BT52), Wi-Fi (WF40/WF50), USB headsets or USB call recording.
Built for Heavy Call Handling
Eight LED line keys programmable to 21 paperless DSS keys across 3 pages keep contacts one press away, and up to three EXP43 colour-screen expansion modules add up to 180 buttons for reception and attendant roles. Dual-port Gigabit Ethernet with IEEE 802.3af PoE keeps deployment to one cable.
Fleet-Friendly by Design
Unified T4U firmware, dual firmware images, zero-touch provisioning, TR-069 and auto-provisioning via FTP/TFTP/HTTP/HTTPS make the T43U simple to roll out and manage across Singapore offices.

The SIP-T43U is an open-SIP business IP phone running Yealink’s unified T4U firmware. It registers with SIP-compatible IP-PBX and hosted voice platforms (Broadsoft device management is supported per the datasheet) — check compatibility with your PBX or hosted-voice provider, or ask the SourceIT team for advice on platforms commonly deployed in Singapore.

The T46U steps up to a 4.3" colour display, 16 SIP accounts and 27 DSS keys; the T43U keeps costs down with a 3.7" greyscale display, 12 accounts and 21 DSS keys. Both support EXP43 modules and dual USB ports.
Can the T43U be used as a receptionist phone?
Yes — add up to three EXP43 colour-screen expansion modules for up to 180 extra buttons for BLF, speed dial and call handling.
Can I add Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to the T43U?
Yes — plug a BT41 Bluetooth dongle or WF50 Wi-Fi dongle (or WF40) into either USB 2.0 port.
Does the T43U come with a power adapter?
