Poly Studio X32 All-In-One Video Bar
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Poly Studio X32 All-In-One Video Bar — A3SV5AA - Local Warranty
20 MP 4K Camera with a 132° Diagonal Field of View
The Poly Studio X32 is HP's current small-room bar and the direct shelf-successor to the Studio X30 in the line-up. Its 20 MP sensor captures 2160p 4K Ultra HD across a 132° diagonal / 120° horizontal field of view — wider than the X30 — so people seated at the far corners of a small room stay in frame from a single wall-mounted bar. HP rates it for rooms of around 15 ft x 10 ft, and it drives up to two displays from its dual HDMI 2.0 outputs.
PoE++ Deployment — One Cable to the Bar
This is the specification that changes an installation. The Studio X32 accepts power over Ethernet from a PoE++ injector or switch (IEEE 802.3bt Class 6), so a single Cat6 run can carry both power and network to the bar. For fit-outs where the display is wall-mounted and there is no convenient power point behind it — a common problem in Singapore office refurbishments where the electrical works are already signed off — that removes an entire trade from the job.
Stereo Sound and Four-Microphone Beamforming
Stereo acoustic-chamber speakers rated 2 x 5 W cover 100 Hz to 20 kHz, which is a broader range than a single-driver huddle bar can manage and makes a real difference to speech intelligibility on long calls. Four MEMS microphones in a beamforming array pick up to 4.5 m, with Poly NoiseBlockAI and Poly Acoustic Fence filtering out the noise from outside the room.
Built-In Teams and Zoom, With Device Mode for Everything Else
HP certifies the Studio X32 for Microsoft Teams and for Zoom, and the video applications run on the bar itself — there is no room PC and no separate gateway to buy, licence or patch. Poly Video App mode covers other cloud providers, H.323 and SIP calling are supported for standards-based estates, and built-in Device Mode lets a visitor drive the bar from their own laptop over USB. The chassis contains at least 50% recycled plastics.

Compatibility & Software Support
Platforms and certifications
HP states the Studio X32 is Certified for Microsoft Teams and Certified for Zoom.
Built-in cloud video apps run on the bar itself — no PC or separate gateway is required — and Poly Video App mode reaches all cloud service providers.
Use it with a laptop or room PC
Device Mode is built in: connect the bar to a laptop over USB and use it as a camera, speakerphone and microphone for any application.
Standards-based calling
Standards-based H.323 and SIP video.
Management software
The Studio X32 is managed through Poly Lens, HP's cloud device-management service. From one console your IT team can see room device health, push firmware, apply configuration profiles and pull usage insights across every Poly device in the estate — which is the usual reason Singapore IT departments standardise on Poly rather than mixing consumer hardware across meeting rooms.

Frequently Asked Questions — Poly Studio X32
Which room size does the Poly Studio X32 suit?
HP rates the Studio X32 for huddle rooms and small meeting rooms of roughly 15 ft x 10 ft (4.6 m x 3.0 m), with a 120° horizontal field of view and microphone pickup to 4.5 m. For a medium room step up to the Studio X52; for a boardroom, the Studio X72.
How does the X32 differ from the older Studio X30?
HP's current all-in-one comparison lists the X32, X52 and X72 — the Studio X30 no longer appears. On published specifications the X32 brings a 20 MP sensor, a wider 132° diagonal / 120° horizontal field of view, stereo speakers rated 2 x 5 W with 100 Hz–20 kHz response, two HDMI 2.0 outputs instead of one HDMI 1.4, Wi-Fi 6, and PoE++ power. The X30 publishes a single 3 W speaker, a 121° diagonal field of view and no PoE.
Can the Studio X32 really run on a single PoE cable?
Yes, provided the switch or injector is PoE++ to IEEE 802.3bt Class 6 — that is a higher class than standard PoE or PoE+, so check your switch before you plan the cabling. HP also sells a PoE++ adapter for the X32 if the room's switch cannot supply it. This is one of the strongest practical reasons to choose the X32 over the X30 in a new fit-out.
Do I need a room PC, a codec or a separate licence?
No room PC and no gateway — the cloud video apps are built into the bar. You will still need the meeting platform licence your organisation uses (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or your own H.323/SIP infrastructure). We can quote the room licence with the hardware.
Which touch controller pairs with the Studio X32?
The Poly TC10 is the current controller; a Poly Bluetooth remote is also supported. The TC10 runs on PoE (IEEE 802.3at Class 0) and can later be redeployed unpaired as a Zoom Rooms Scheduler or Microsoft Teams Panel.
Is the Studio X32 certified for Google Meet?
HP publishes Microsoft Teams and Zoom certifications for the Studio X32. Google Meet is not among the certifications HP states for this model, so we do not claim it — if Google Meet is your platform, talk to us and we will confirm the current certification position with HP before you order.
Does the Poly Studio X32 come with a Singapore warranty and GST invoice?
Yes. Every Poly Studio X32 sold by SourceIT comes with local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice.
