The Poly CCX 350 is HP's entry-level Microsoft Teams desk phone, built for organisations that need a dependable, certified Teams handset on every desk without paying for a large touchscreen. This is the native Microsoft Teams edition. HP certifies the CCX range for Microsoft Teams, and the phone runs a dedicated Teams interface rather than a SIP softkey UI — sign-in, calls, contacts, voicemail and calendar all come from the Teams service. It is provisioned and licensed like any other Teams phone, through Microsoft Teams admin centre and a Teams Phone licence on the user account.
Network and provisioning
The CCX 350 supports IPv4 and IPv6, IETF SIP, RTP/RTCP and DHCP, and connects over 10/100/1000BASE-TX Ethernet. Power is delivered by IEEE 802.3af PoE (Class 0), so any standard PoE switch or midspan injector on the desk network will run the phone.
Headsets and peripherals
A dedicated RJ-9 port takes a wired headset. The USB 2.0 Type-C port is specified by HP for media and storage applications. HP's datasheet does not list Bluetooth or Wi-Fi for this model — if you need a wireless headset paired directly to the phone, look at the CCX 500, CCX 505 or CCX 600 instead.
