Power for M4300 10G Switches
The APS250W is the 250W modular power supply used in the NETGEAR M4300 10G switches. The M4300 datasheet lists it as the PSU shipped with the M4300-8X8F, 12X12F, 24X, 24XF, 24X24F, 48X and 48XF.
Redundancy or a Ready Spare
NETGEAR's M4300 datasheet states that full-width models accept an optional second PSU for redundancy. For every APS250W-based model, a spare unit on the shelf means a failed supply can be swapped quickly.
