The APS150W is the 150W modular power supply that ships in the NETGEAR M4300-28G (GSM4328S) and M4300-52G (GSM4352S) non-PoE switches.
Add Redundancy or Replace in Place
NETGEAR positions the APS150W to add power redundancy or to replace the original PSU in place - an inexpensive way to protect access and aggregation switches.
Hot-Swap Replacement
NETGEAR states that in models with more than one PSU the power supplies are hot-pluggable, so a unit can be replaced without powering down the switch.
