The Logitech Rally Camera is the premium PTZ camera from the Rally system, sold on its own so you can add broadcast-quality room video to an existing setup. It records 4K at 30 fps and 1080p at 60 fps through a 90° diagonal glass lens, with genuinely motorised pan of ±90° and tilt from +50° to −90° at speeds up to 70° per second. Combined with the field of view, that gives roughly 262° of horizontal and 192° of vertical coverage from one fixed position.
15x HD Zoom — 5x Optical Plus 3x Digital
Logitech’s spec hub states the Rally Camera’s 15x HD zoom is 5x optical plus 3x digital, and that is how we quote it. Autofocus works from 60 cm to infinity, and RightLight with Wide Dynamic Range, noise reduction and colour optimisation holds exposure on faces even with a bright window behind the table — a real problem in most Singapore offices. Three presets are stored on the Bluetooth remote, and the lens parks facing down for privacy when the camera is not streaming.
Single USB 3.0 Connection with RightSight Auto-Framing
Rally Camera connects over a single USB 3.0 Type-C cable and is UVC 1.5 plug-and-play, so it works as a standard camera with Windows, macOS and ChromeOS hosts. RightSight automatic camera control frames the people in the room without anyone touching the remote. Logitech lists the camera as certified for Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams, Zoom Certified and Fuze Certified, on the Google Meet certified hardware list for ChromeOS, and certified for Zoom Intelligent Director.
Invertible Mount, Power Splitter and Cable Management Included
The supplied mount is invertible with automatic image-orientation correction, so the camera can be installed above or below a display, and it includes a bay for the power splitter plus cable management to keep the install tidy. A standard tripod thread is also provided, and an optional VESA bracket is available. In the box you get the camera, remote, USB 3.0 Type-C cable, power adapter with regional plugs, power splitter and case, and the mounting hardware.

Part number note
Logitech publishes a single part number, 960-001226, for the Rally Camera and does not list a separate regional SKU for it in the global part number guide, unlike the Rally and Rally Plus bundles. Some European resellers quote 960-001227; that number does not appear in Logitech’s own documentation.

Frequently Asked Questions — Logitech Rally Camera
Is the Rally Camera zoom optical or digital?
It is both. Logitech’s spec hub states 15x HD zoom made up of 5x optical plus 3x digital. Datasheets sometimes say only “15x HD zoom”, but no Logitech source claims 15x optical, so we quote the published breakdown.
Is the pan and tilt motorised, or is it digital cropping?
Genuinely motorised. The camera physically pans ±90° and tilts from +50° to −90° at adaptive speeds up to 70° per second, with three presets stored on the remote. This is a real mechanical PTZ camera, not a digital crop.
Can I use the Rally Camera on its own, or do I need a full Rally system?
On its own. It connects over a single USB 3.0 Type-C cable as a standard UVC camera to a laptop, room PC or ChromeOS device. It also drops into a full Rally or Rally Plus system, where it connects to the Display Hub instead.
Does it include a microphone or speaker?
No. Rally Camera is video only. Pair it with a Rally system for Rally Mic Pod and Rally Speaker audio, or with any third-party room audio system. If you want camera and audio in one device, look at Rally Bar or MeetUp 2 instead.
How does Rally Camera compare with the older PTZ Pro 2?
The PTZ Pro 2 is a 1080p camera with 10x zoom (5x optical plus 2x digital) on USB 2.0. Rally Camera is 4K at 30 fps with 15x HD zoom on USB 3.0, plus RightLight WDR and RightSight auto-framing. For new installations in larger rooms, Rally Camera is the current-generation choice.
Do I need a room PC or a licence to use it?
You need a host device — a laptop, a room PC, a ChromeOS device or a Logitech RoomMate in a Rally system. No Logitech licence is required for the camera itself. Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms licences are purchased separately from those vendors.
Can it be mounted upside down above a display?
Yes. The included mount is invertible and the camera automatically corrects image orientation, so ceiling or above-display installation needs no configuration. There is also a standard tripod thread, and an optional VESA bracket is available.
Does the Rally Camera come with a Singapore warranty?
Yes. Every Logitech Rally Camera sold by SourceIT comes with 2 years local Singapore warranty and a GST invoice.
