The Lenovo ThinkSystem SR650 V3 is a 2-socket 2U rack server. It takes one or two 5th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors with up to 64 cores each (or 4th Gen with up to 60 cores), and 32 TruDDR5 RDIMM slots for up to 8 TB of memory at up to 5600 MHz.
Storage and Expansion That Scale With the Workload
The chassis supports up to 20 x 3.5-inch or 40 x 2.5-inch hot-swap drive bays, up to 12 PCIe slots (10 rear, 2 front) plus an OCP 3.0 slot with a PCIe 5.0 x16 interface, and up to 3 double-wide or 8 single-wide GPUs, making it a fit for databases, virtualisation and cloud, VDI and AI.
Managed and Secured by Lenovo XClarity
Every SR650 V3 includes the Lenovo XClarity Controller 2 (XCC2) for out-of-band management, works with XClarity Administrator, and is protected by Platform Firmware Resiliency, TPM 2.0 and a chassis intrusion switch.
