1U, Single-Socket Value Server
The Lenovo ThinkSystem SR250 V3 is a single-socket 1U rack server for growing businesses. It takes one Intel Xeon 6300 Series or Xeon E-2400 Series processor with up to 8 cores (or an entry Intel Pentium G7400), with four TruDDR5 ECC UDIMM slots for up to 128 GB of memory at 4400 MHz.
Flexible Storage and Expansion
Front bays take up to 10 x 2.5-inch or 4 x 3.5-inch drives, hot-swap or simple-swap, with SATA, SAS and NVMe options and onboard SATA, Intel VROC or 12 Gb RAID/HBA adapters. Two PCIe Gen4 slots, or one PCIe Gen5 x16 slot for a GPU, plus two integrated Gigabit Ethernet ports suit file and print, small virtualisation, edge and branch-office workloads.

Every SR250 V3 includes the Lenovo XClarity Controller 2 (XCC2) for remote monitoring and management, works with XClarity Administrator, and is protected by TPM 2.0, Platform Firmware Resiliency and power-on/administrator passwords.
