The Lenovo ThinkSystem SR650a V4 is a 2U rack server designed around GPU acceleration. It takes one or two Intel Xeon 6700P-series or 6500P-series processors with up to 86 cores each, and 32 DDR5 DIMM slots for up to 8 TB of memory.
Front-Mounted GPUs for AI and Visual Computing
Up to eight front slots carry the accelerators: up to 4 x double-wide GPUs or 8 x single-wide GPUs, all serviceable from the cold aisle. Up to six rear PCIe slots and two OCP 3.0 slots with a PCIe 5.0 host interface handle networking, making it a fit for AI inference, fine-tuning, VDI and media workloads in a standard 2U footprint.

Every SR650a V4 includes the XClarity Controller 3 (XCC3) for out-of-band management, a Root of Trust module with TPM 2.0 and hot-swap drives, power supplies and fans.
