Wi-Fi 6 and Wired Ports Right at the Desk
This 5-pack supplies five HPE Networking Instant On AP22D access points. The AP22D is a desk- or wall-mounted dual-radio 2x2 Wi-Fi 6 access point with a built-in 4-port Gigabit switch. It delivers up to 1774 Mbps over its 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz 802.11ax radios and supports up to 75 active devices per access point, as recommended by HPE.
HPE positions the AP22D for boutique hotels, small offices, medical offices and reception areas, where one wall jack needs to serve both Wi-Fi and wired devices.
2.5G Uplink, Four Gigabit Ports and PoE Out
A 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet uplink feeds four 1 Gigabit Ethernet downlink ports, and two of them can power devices such as IP phones or cameras with up to 15 W each (802.3af PoE out). The AP22D itself is powered by 802.3at/802.3bt PoE.
Wi-Fi 6 Efficiency and Security
HPE lists Wi-Fi CERTIFIED 6 with WPA3 security, 1024-QAM for up to 25% more data, OFDMA, Target Wake Time (TWT) to extend client battery life, and roughly 4x the capacity of 802.11ac access points.
Managed from the Instant On App
Set up and monitor the AP22D from the HPE Networking Instant On mobile app or web portal, alongside Instant On switches and Secure Gateways. With five units in one pack, it is a tidy way to fit out hotel rooms, clinic suites or a row of offices.
Supplied in Singapore with Local Warranty
HPE backs Instant On access points with a two-year warranty and 24/7 phone and chat support. SourceIT supplies them locally in Singapore with a GST invoice.
