Short-Reach Gigabit over Multi-Mode Fibre
The D-Link DEM-311GT is a 1000BASE-SX SFP transceiver for multi-mode fibre. It uses an 850 nm laser over 50/125 µm or 62.5/125 µm fibre with a duplex LC connector, for Gigabit links of up to 550 m inside a building or server room.
Standards-Based and Hot Pluggable
The module is SFP MSA and IEEE 802.3z compliant and hot pluggable, with a metal enclosure for lower EMI and a TTL signal-detect indicator.
