Gigabit over a Single Fibre Strand
The D-Link DEM-330T is a 1000BASE-BX-D (downstream) bi-directional SFP transceiver. It transmits at 1550 nm and receives at 1310 nm over one single-mode 9/125 µm fibre with a simplex LC connector, reaching up to 10 km — halving the fibre needed for a Gigabit link.
Use as a Matched Pair
Install the DEM-330T at one end and the DEM-330R at the other — the two modules use opposite transmit and receive wavelengths so they can share one strand.
