The Next-Gen ClickShare Button
Barco's 5th-generation Button connects over USB-C with DisplayPort mode, so there is no software or driver to install. It shares up to 4K (3840 x 2160) at 30 fps over Wi-Fi 6E, works with all major operating systems including Linux and ChromeOS, and needs a deliberate press to start sharing for privacy.
For ClickShare Hub Rooms
The Gen 5 Button pairs with the ClickShare Hub Core and Hub Pro. Add Buttons so every regular presenter has their own.

Compatibility & Software Support
Barco lists the Gen 5 Button for the ClickShare Hub Core and Hub Pro (and Hub Control Panel kits) only — it does not work with ClickShare Bar, CX or C series base units (use the Gen 4 Button, R9861600D01C). Per Barco's 4th-vs-5th-gen comparison, wireless conferencing, Flexible Meeting Room switching and dual-screen sharing are listed for the 4th generation but not the 5th.
