The NETGEAR GS108PP is the high-power 8-port Gigabit Ethernet unmanaged PoE+ switch: every port supports 802.3af (15.4 W) and 802.3at (30 W), with a 123 W total budget, more than double the 60 W GS108LP.
FlexPoE
NETGEAR FlexPoE lets you reduce the power budget to 83 W or 60 W with separately purchased NETGEAR power supply modules, matching the adapter to your deployment.
Plug-and-Play, Compact and Silent
No configuration needed. The small fanless metal case installs on a desktop, wall or rack, with dynamic PoE allocation, 802.1p/DSCP QoS, 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet and auto power-down.
