Cloud-Enabled SmartConnect and SmartSlot

Built-in SmartConnect offers cloud-based monitoring, letting you check UPS health, battery status and firmware updates and receive lifecycle alerts remotely, with no hardwired network card needed. The SmartSlot allows further expansion with management or environmental sensor cards, making this UPS easy to integrate into modern, monitored IT environments.

User-Friendly Rack Features

The SMT1000RMI2UC includes rack-mount brackets for standard 19-inch racks and a front LCD panel showing load, runtime, voltage and battery status. Local USB and RS-232 ports support PowerChute software, and the hot-swappable battery cartridge (APCRBC132) enables maintenance without downtime, keeping protected equipment online throughout.
