Yealink RoomPanel Plus E2 — Multifunctional 10.1" Scheduling Panel
The Yealink RoomPanel Plus E2 is a 10.1-inch multifunctional meeting room scheduling panel that mounts outside the meeting room door and shows availability at a glance. Its 1280 × 800 capacitive multi-touch screen (1000:1 contrast, ±90° viewing angle) lets staff book, extend or end meetings on the spot, while full-RGB LED bars on both sides broadcast room status — visible from anywhere along the corridor of your Singapore office.
Camera, NFC and Sensors Built In
A built-in 2-megapixel camera supports advanced workplace scenarios, the 13.56 MHz NFC/RFID reader enables badge-based check-in, and a ToF proximity sensor plus ambient light sensor wake the panel and adjust brightness as people approach. Dual microphones and dual speakers round out the hardware for voice interaction.
Android 13, Teams and Leading Booking Platforms
Running Android 13, the RoomPanel Plus E2 supports Microsoft Teams as well as leading room-booking platforms including Gingco, GoBright, Flowscape and Space Connect. Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af/at) keeps installation to one cable, with Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0 and a 12V DC option for flexibility, and included brackets support wall, glass and side mounting at 0° or 20° tilt.
