Yealink RoomPanel E2 — Room Scheduling at the Door
The Yealink RoomPanel E2 is a purpose-built 8-inch meeting room scheduling panel that mounts outside the meeting room and shows at a glance whether the room is free or booked. Its 1280 × 800 capacitive multi-touch screen with anti-fingerprint coating lets staff book, extend or end meetings on the spot, while full-RGB programmable LED background illumination broadcasts availability down the corridor — no more double bookings or interrupted meetings in your Singapore office.
Android 13 with Teams and Zoom Rooms Support
Running Android 13, the RoomPanel E2 integrates with Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms scheduling. Dual array microphones and twin speakers support voice interaction, an NFC/RFID reader (13.56 MHz) enables badge-based check-in workflows, and built-in proximity and ambient-light sensors wake the panel and adapt brightness automatically.
One-Cable Installation, Fleet-Wide Management
Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af) keeps installation to a single cable, with Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0 as flexible alternatives, and a 12V adapter option where PoE isn't available. Mounting options cover surface, tilt, flush and glass-mullion installations, and the whole fleet is managed over the air from the Yealink management platform.
