Yealink RoomPanel E2 for Meeting Room Scheduling

The Yealink RoomPanel E2 is a purpose-built 8-inch meeting room scheduling panel that mounts outside the door and shows at a glance whether the room is free or booked. Its 1280 × 800 capacitive touch screen with anti-fingerprint coating lets staff book, extend or end meetings on the spot, while RGB LED illumination and a multi-colour LED bar broadcast availability down the corridor — green for free, red for busy.

Modern Android 13 Platform

Running Android 13, the RoomPanel E2 delivers fast, stable performance with a familiar touch experience, integrating with Microsoft Teams and leading room-scheduling platforms. Built-in microphones and stereo speakers support voice interaction, and integrated ambient-light and proximity sensors wake the panel and adapt brightness automatically.

Simple, Clean Deployment

Wired Ethernet (with PoE) plus Bluetooth 5.0 keep installation to a single cable, and the panel is centrally managed through the Yealink Device Management Platform for firmware, configuration and monitoring across every room.
